Моя _личная_ интерпретация вышесказанного: компания MQA Ltd. – банкрот. Возможно инвесторы разочаровались в ее светлом будущем и захотели вытащить назад хоть какие то вложения. Она начала процесс реорганизации / банкротства и ищет покупателя на свои технологии. Много денег в такой ситуации вряд ли дадут.
